Soba chicken salad |
Buckwheat is made from which soba noodles and kasha known as roasted buckwheat, is not a true grain; it's the first fruit of rhubarb like plant. It contains as essential amino acids.
Ingredients
Take 3/4 (185 ml) chicken stock
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed chill
350 g (12 oz) skinless chicken breast fillets
300 g (10 oz) soba (buckwheat) noodles
250 g (8 oz) green beans, cut in halves
2 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon peanut
2 cups (175 g) finely shredded green cabbage
Making recipe
1 Combine garlic, ginger and chili in a large pan, then bring to a boiled. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add chicken and cook, covered, 10 min or until cokked through, turning once. After that transfer chicken in to a plate, then slice chicken thinly when it is cool condition.
2 Cook noodles in plenty of boiling water until it get's soft, according to package instructions. Add beans and carrots in Last minute of cooking time then drain it.
3 Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, oil and reserved cooking liquid in a large bowl. Add chicken, noodles, beans, carrots and cabbage then mix well. Finally serve it and Enjoy the recipe.
