Salad greens with avocado |
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
pinch of salt
- Add 350 g of mixed salad greens, such as iceberg, radicchio, and rocket (arugula)
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 large avocado, peeled and diced

1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a serving bowl until combined.
